How To Add Banner in Windows XP

                                     It's a feature of XP with which you can change registry and make your modification easily.

Today,I'm gonna show you how to add banner in Windows OS.For instance,I'm working with XP.

Each Time when your windows will boot up,it'll have that banner containing the message of your own.

So,start modifying registry....


You'll have to follow these steps.

• Start - Run - Type "regedit.msc" without qouts.
• Registry Editor Window will open
  In it go to address,
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\ system
• Now Right click & add a string,
  New - String Value.
  Rename it to “LegalNoticeCaption”.(Friends,this name is must.Don't change with your own)
• Right click on it and modify it
• On the "Value data:”, type your message which will show up at the time of startup.
• After that create a new “string value” in the right panel and “rename” it to “LegalNoticeText”. 
• Right click on that “string value” and choose “modify”. On the “value data:” part, type the message you want to display each time windows boots.
• Now, close the “registry editor”.
• Restart your computer.
  
  Now, after the Boot Menu Screen and before Welcome Screen,a new banner will pop up which contains Your Own Message.
  It will ask user just to hit OK.The users have to click on the OK button to proceed.
